I'm sure HAS is really going to struggle progressing with the backing of Australia's richest man and the Australian Government.
NEO investment is still worth circa $60M, so there's options. That's if it doesn't recover or increase in the next 18 months before the notes are due. Best case scenario NEO SP doubles, they repay Wyloo with interest and pocket $100M +.
The current SP is the result of overall market sentiment, all REE are down, NDPR prices are down. This is regardless of news or progress. I doubt the market reacted 6 months later to the Wyloo notes/financing, even if they did it doesn't quantify an 80% drop.
