That's right. The shares in NEO are held through the wholly owned subsidiary, HTM Investments (One) Pty Ltd, which is the entity that did the deal with Wyloo. Given the disparity in power between HAS and Wyloo, this is particularly favourable arrangement for HAS. I'm also comforted by Paul Brown's links to FMG and the fact he met with the team at Wyloo on his second day as CEO.
