Interestingly, it's the second stage, being the Onslow plant that's been given major project status. It's still a long and uncertain road ahead but my thinking is that HAS will get as many free kicks as required to get to stage 2 of HAS's production strategy. I am particularly biased though as I've been purchasing shares regularly and even bought them at $6 and have been accumulating all the way down to where the SP sits today. Despite the enormous drop in SP, I am of the view that it's just a wonderful opportunity to accumulate as the overall strategy of the company, and the people who are now on board, make me very confident that HAS will not only mine NdPr but have exposure to the entire value chain all the way to the manufacture of permanent magnets.
