Well there you go - quite simple and up front. Anyone suggesting Wyloo have HAS by the balls are either scaremongering those who cant be bothered to research this, or haven't bothered to research themselves.
On the surface it appears twiggy would be a fool to call in the loan as he will only get cents in the dollar. He'll be in for the long game as partner anyway - if he wants to take over HAS you would think he will have appeared on the register by now.
