    I put the lack of confidence as being solely due to the uncertainty pertaining to funding. I think holders can live with the risk around the science but the funding question is the killer. Sure there is cash currently in the bank but there is conjecture about its adequacy & how far it can take us. Eliminate the $$ uncertainty & I think the SP will look after itself.
