    Mt. Labo has now lodged with the Philippine Courts a Petition for Enforcement of theSIAC Final Award, which includes the damages award in the order of A$46 millionincluding interest.

    So, this has not yet been recognized by Philippine Courts a few years after Singapore
    It may be a technicality but thats what lawyers are for
    The Final Award cant be enforced till its recognized
    Ask the Company, if you dont believe me
