The second condition worries me more:
SKI completing and being satisfied (in its absolute discretion) with the results of, its due diligence conducted on the Sconi Project on or before 30 September 2019.
---- its almost like they have 2 months to say...... nah, don't worry about it (absolute discretion)..... why would they have this if they were super confident... its almost like AUZ have asked them to sign this so that they can progress finance (as otherwise there would be no chance) and SKI has said but we still need more time.... so they end up with the above condition.... just my thoughts...
