Must admit, I find it really hard to understand why SKI requires until the 30 Sep to complete its DD when it is now 18 months since it signed the Term Sheet and more than a year since it approved the samples, 8 months since it had the option to acquire 19.99% of the Company and months after all those site and pilot plant visits. Surely, it would have DD'd it to death months ago!
