Here are my rookie thoughts on the matter: Based on a market cap of 100m, there's approx 100m/4c = 2.5 billion shares. If every current holder was stale wanting out at 4c, using the daily av vol of ~3m it would take 833 days. I highly doubt everyone is a stale holder so divide that by 10 (still pretty high) and you get around 3 months. This has been going on for the past couple so if it is the case, shouldn't take long until the ceiling breaks
