    IMO ... a formal finance approval notice is required and NOT just a Co " gut feeling" that all will work out ok for now ..... what happens if the Funds don't come through and the Co was to go bankrupt etc etc or needing a sell-out at a very low ball figure........ lot's to think about here. If all was going OK with finances, then why don't they wait to safeguard S/holders and the final projects interests.
