Yes it is good news and hopefully a catalyst for more good news. Last few announcements: offtakes firmed up, product being shipped, prepayments received from strong new offtaker, some clarity regarding doubtful offtaker = uncertainties markedly decreased. AJM now has to be in a much stronger position to refinance its development debt to a rate more approriate to a producer.
