I think you are right.
From my bank convenant reporting experience, the ratios are generally based on last 12 months (LTM) which could be extrapolated from 3 months of data if needed.
Like many have pointed out, the next (or 2) quarterlies will be very important. IMO from that we can tell whether management can operate at a profit and meeting debt covenants or not.
