You do know what semi-log is right? the scale goes 0 - 10 - 100 - 1000 so each time it cycles through its an order of magnitude. Notice that the increments on the x-axis are not equidistanced. So even though the peak appears to be "in the middle" of a graph that goes from 0-1000 those peaks when you subtend them to the x-axis are nowhere near 500 micron. I hope you can see where you've done goofed here.
