Sorry can't provide you any numbers, but a little bit of background from my perspective :
Its a good question too, I haven't seen a decent break down of costs for any of the producers I've looked at
usually if your planning on setting up on your customers site there a few alternatives.
1. Sell a license to the technology - may negotiate that a condition of license is purchase of feedstock from your company. This way the customer wears the treatment cost.. may be harder to negotiate, and likely to see lower returns from this option. but can monitor the output from units.. Charges to customer could be $/annum, $/kg, % of profits from particular line or a combination of these.
2. Set up shop yourself and charge flat rate for product - this will likely vary depending on site, logistics, etc. That way you (should) know how many tonnes/kilos are going out the door. Can mean high over heads if lots of sites with different cost structures and/or different suppliers or materials
3. Other.. I'm sure there are permutations of the two and many others
In terms of electrolyte, it will be regenerated, but you always have loss through solid liquid separation, ageing , crud formation, spillage etc.
If you consider any solids coming out the cell well contain at least 10%w/w electrolyte (probably closer to 20-50%) and you assume you can recover 50% of this electrolyte somehow.. Then you can start to get an indication of electrolyte loss (let say 50-250 kg/t product) I have no idea the cost of the electrolyte they're using... but typically its pretty expensive stuff lets say $10,000/t (seriously could be a lot more than this if SX reagents are anything to go by) so this would mean $500-2500/t.
Staff costs -Yeah feeding the plant, controlling the unit, maintaining the unit, bagging/bottling products. The actual number of staff and the cost of each will likely be site dependent. This is partly where economies of scale come in.. your staff cost will likely be approximately the same even if you're running something 10x the size.
Power is another good questions.. the exfoliation is likely to be >90% but there's a lot of peripheral stuff that adds up too. pumping, drying, valves, control system, lighting.. its all small stuff but for a small unit, these costs may be quite large (compared to a large operation).
Plus you'll have consumables (bags, bottles, equipment parts, grease, stationery, etc)
logistics costs (site specific)
Also potentially marketing agency costs
That being said, so will pretty much every other graphene producer/hopeful
