    No. You need to make clear what "off-take" means from the management
    1. off-take graphite from FGR
    2. off-take graphene from FGR
    3. off-take to supply graphite to FGR
    or
    4. just a supply graphite arrangement with SL government who has 140 yr stokpiles as said from the management.
