It can increase production to suit demand if required or go about mining as is and just sell to whoever comes knocking. Pretty sure I've been clear about things, and what the announcement means. Pretty sure you're just trolling as nothing in the above is rational, at least I hope you are trolling as the alternative is not very flattering.

And if there is an "offtake" agreement, then the next announcement will be the details of it to the market with agreed price. That's how "offtake" agreement works. If not, it is not an "offtake agreement".
