The first 2 quarters of this calender years revenue is US459k.
Yoav needs to come home with a wet sale to generate in excess US$2,541 over the following 2 quarters to begin to be entitled to the first tranche of 895,863 oppies with a 48 cent strike.
This long term incentive was only set on the 10th June which is last 7 weeks ago so Yoav must have some good insight to what the revenues will be for the remainder of this year.
Elsight really needs to get cracking or the incentives will disappear.
