Leearne has to pay 3.5c per option to convert them to a full paid ordinary share.
She will have to pay to convent them.
To me that is a sign the company know the bd1 share price wont go down to 3.5c.
Atleast it's not something silly like 2c.
A great incentive for Leearne to perform her role and make the SP go up. It's in her best interest now.
