I like this, I think it's a sign they are trying to sort her out. "Pull your finger out or go". Either way, they've put out there what she is entitled to, before her "performance" entitlement was a little vague even though it has been mentioned in previous annual reports etc. Now it's locked in, Options rather than ordinary shares, with the incentive for Dr Hinch being put $350k of her own money on the table first for some shares worth more , and do something for the company. I also like the conditions of the options as well
Maybe with all the extra curricular things she's been doing she's being head hunted by other firms.
