Some might have expected a larger deal and were underwhelmed by the specifics? However it's way more likely that short term traders were taking profits, driving the price down.

IMO these price movements are driven by short term trading rather than the underlying fundamentals of the announcement. My advice is to focus on how this partnership will impact ALC's long-term fundamentals rather than being swayed by short price fluctuations. There is nothing bad or disappointing in this announcement, that's for sure.
