Just looking at this from another perspective.
I think if the Company can't get any traction on approvals for HyEnergy, they will trash can it. Directors are somewhat incentivised to make it happen though. Look at the performance hurdles for performance rights to vest (From 2023 AGM).
However if they were to trash can it they would need to line up another project in advance to ensure they can still justify their existence. That could be any project tbh.
I think that this green energy thing, in particular green hydrogen, is in the too hard basket so they may already be looking for a Company maker project.
Not in theirs or anyone's interest to get the Company delisted.
