So rather than just hand over what was requested by the class action lawyers, Fred Bart has chosen to spend shareholder money on their expensive lawyers (ABL) to fight shareholders trying to obtain information on the actions of 2 past directors & managers.
To me it looks very much like he was brought in to the company to protect them using shareholder funds.
