Lol… so did MMR withholds its reports? was this to purposely keep MMR suspended? And now that the ASX publicly embarrassed them, management were forced to do something, otherwise it might be used as evidence of poor management and be referred to by the Joint Authority. I note that MMR was discussed in the documents disclosed by the federal court.
The timing of all of today’s MMR announcements were not coincidental in my opinion.
