I'd love to see some kind of accountability for the directors and there misgivings but how? the regulator in australia and hong kong wont be making a case if that was to happen it wouldve happened by now. So whats left the company can sue but its finacial position has been deterioating or shareholder activism but really the large shareholders based on previous votes didnt have a problem with how the company was running as it took alex getting a large position to sway the vote.
