The reasons are that it costs money to stay listed and AC8 cannot afford it they need every speck of a dollar they can scrounge - its a cost savings to AC8 and as Andrew already admitted that the business can chug along just as well being unlisted. The original idea for listing was to raise capital and they did that and now with the SP so low there is no reasonable expectation that being relisted is goint to help them raise further $$$ they may as well unlist. - as well they probably can't get their act together to pass the conditions/qualifications required to be allowed to relist. Goodbye $$$ which I already kissed off ages ago and I hope that we have all learnt a good lesson not to invest in unproven business models
