I'm afraid that any rescue deal would leave next to nothing for the current shareholders as it would have to be share equity issued and not debt.

Given tthat there is NO time left (IMO) before the exit gate then equity will not be from the current shareholder base.

They have had two full years since the original ASX suspension to sort this mess out.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading today's update and to see the plan to avoid full expulsion from the ASX on 30 December 2024.

Mat Darby may also possibly be having a read to see if his dream is still alive. I wonder if he still has some shares via trusts or different entities.

We all want them to survive. Let's see if the odds are reset by the end of the day.
