Resignation of Directors

Range International Limited (ASX: RAN) (Company or Range International) advises that due to unfortunate personal circumstances Matt Darby, the founder of Range International, has decided to step down from the Board, effective immediately.

In addition to stepping down from the Board, Matt has sold his entire shareholding of 19,098,899 fully paid ordinary shares in an off-market transfer to a variety of existing shareholders of the Company. Matt recently moved from his home in Indonesia to take up residence in New Zealand where he was born.
