last shareholder update, 18 December - 2024 annual fins were being finalised as the debt holders had all agreed to extend. So what could the hold up be? Clearly auditor will not sign off or we would have had agees ago along with missing quarterly cashflow reporting.

we have 4 days left of February for the launch of the PT& T official launch.

if China business even sold, they would pay back mates/board members loans and director fees and then close down.

absolutely pathetic disregard to shareholders who have essentially supported their lifestyle and nothing more.
