It's pretty clear Bill was referring to the ann made on the 17/12.
Bill is obviously confused on what the dot points on the bottom of the first page mean.

For clarity, pretty sure CLZ is suspended from trading until it has lodged what is required and that the "continued quotation of securities" refers to CLZ existing on the ASX as it is disposing of its main undertaking.

CLZ will pay out its creditors once they get $7m and there'll be no money left. Always amazed at how the creditors haven't wound this company up previously... likely because they're all related and it was all about being paid out at the end. As well as getting the freebies along the way.

It's probably time for you to both to just agree that you're as moronic as each other, this duck is dead and nothing will be coming of it for shareholders.
