    Honestly Bill I am not sure what is going on . I think it would be more open and clear if reinstated. Proper announcements. . Truck loads of those 0.0009 shares being sold off at 0.001 last year. They suddenly were getting bought up fast. I would love to know who owns them . Has to be a reason for buying up big
