I do read most of Bills posts & I don't know what you are on about with this letter that you are always going on about. Are you sure you didn't just misinterpret what he may have written about shareholders voting on the sale of Kat Gap & at some point shareholders would be notified,which,would most likely be by a letter...I don't think he has ever specifically written anything that he was quoting from a letter that no other shareholder had received
