There are minimum levels of English comprehension and integrity required in order to have a conversation.

"e.g. that the company only has to hold an AGM to have its suspension lifted." Nobody has said this. Assuming you can read English, you know nobody has said this. Yet you still chose to insert the "only" so you could attach the false statement to others and then scoff at how false it is. What is the point in doing this?
