If this company is not reinstated and investors do not get an opportunity to be paid out for the purchase of Solaroz or trade their shares, there is a potential case for class action against them....
Hopefully it doesn't come that, but I think there are many who have felt cheated by a number of entities this mob operate!
Let's hope they satisfy the ASX listing rules soon, so we do not need to proceed by any other means.
