I want revenue....and an appreciating shareprice.
Now that it is complete and we retain 100% ownership perhaps they might look to sell 50% for upwards of $200MM.
If IT talks the numbers that Crux would provide (i.e payback in one year), why wouldn't you sell 50% of this, bring in a partner for crux, sell 40% for $300MM and we'd only need facilities of additional $300MM to build it ourselves.
My analysis is terribly rudimentary but if Crux is the money maker then LT should be used as the makeweight to get there as soon as possible.
