There was a bit of buying in the lead up to the anticipated date of the Longtom re-start. If there is indeed only a few days to go (according to jope) then tomorrow and Mon I'd like to see some more topping up and fresh entries ? I considered slapping a trading parcel on NXS just for the spurt the restart should provide but alas I have been distracted by other opportunities.

Now to change topic. I dunno who it was that mentioned it. Maybe it was on another thread but there is some red-tape holding back some proposed FLNG project up North. The source is said to be the East Timorese government. As you all can tell my knowledge on these issues is virtually non-existent.

So.

Is there any chance that the discussions about the assylum seeker / detention center could be used as leverage to strongarm the East Timorese into signing a deal on gas projects AND can that help us in the Browse Basin?

Anyone informed on this stuff?
