i think this current uptrend is NXS has got to do with a few things going right for nxs, all the stars aligning at the right time.

Crux deal by Xmas (lets hope)
LT gas back online any day
And Oil price around US$83/bbl
this really should be trading at where it was prior to the GFC, maybe not at $1.90, but at least $1.
