    Yes Daz, it would appear so.

    You have displayed an example there, in your post, of an almost obscene remuneration report, for a small cap mining stock at this end of the market, that at it's stage had not produced anything yet.

    It might have been something we'd expect at Leo though, only when they were 3 to 5 years into production, and profitable, and so only then subsequently rewarding their staff and management with bonuses. This would have been reasonable. But alas!

    It looks as if they were attempting to ride ahead of the anticipated financial wave, often using the excuse that to retain the best people you had to throw obscene amounts of money at them. I've always found this argument problematic, and a cloak that often really only hides excuses for excessive greed.

    The report would seem to be a good example of the extreme propensity, for avarice and greed, of basic human nature, and especially when it almost gets out of control.

    Let's hope that the Lotus shareholders won't have to experience the same situation here.
    I wish them well.
