Management takes each issue from permits, water, power etc. and doggedly solves the issue. Stock has broken resistance upward which is a very good sign. For individual holders, do you want to be on board as good news about new customers, production commitments and positive cash flow continues. Simple decision, get in or get out, and leave the board if you are not a player.
