If they could not make the free milling ore project profitable what chance is there of them profitably operating an underground sulphide deposit that has failed in the past?
I suppose at the current high gold price it may be possible another management team with financial backing could make some profits at Wiluna, but not the current knobs. This presentation looks like a diversion and tacit admission they can not make the free milling ore operations profitable - did they over-estimate the grade of the ore?. They needed to get production to around 110k+ ounces per year from the supposed higher grade free milling ore they had to perhaps make their operations profitable, but this option seems to have fallen by the way side for now - is that because they over-estimated the grade or is the stripping costs too high, perhaps both of these factors.
Where is the half yearly financial statement? How do the payables look, and what is the loss and financial position of the company?
