Honestly Pen is already there , they just need a reason to restart with a rise in u price since spot is cheap and they can make money without diluting now. They can have a production decision before the demo is complete if uranium price rises. If someone is a bear here at these prices they are pushing other stocks and got diluted becase they loaded pen in the middle of a bear market while 400 other uranium companies delisted. Just ignore them. Their post history tells their motif.
