Market cap is half what it was in 2011. Was 200m then, also they have multiple long term contracts with only 20% lom . Cash coming in and contracts as well as low ph means its worth a lot more now. spec play then now its real. Pen diluted and did a rs to stay alive in a 10 year bear market. Only a few left. Pen is very undervalued. Investing 20+ years loaded pen at market bottom last year along with many u companies.
