tutes,.. i have NO intentions to reply to U92bull white paper 19 points, simply because its PEN doing the testing that count and have been poor for years and to date and at a high cost to SH.
I also think PEN will miss out on contracts because of the way PEN has only profiteer on current contracts, and uncertain about any start up time frame because of the poor recovery performance.
U92bull is in my view an over the top pumper, and only thinks he knows the facts
