Pen is not high risk, 0 debt, low cash burn contracts yoy into 2030 , Permits, 1 project and the science is right. It was risky but as of yesterday its safe. I would say almost all Explorers with debt, no contracts years away from permits those are high risk. Phish is not right on many levels that gets you ignored. For not having a sentiment and not holding you being here is a waste of your time and ours lol.
