To clarify the second point. This relates only to the alignment with Socionext and is separate from the manufacturing of design/engineering samples coming out of TSMC.
I asked the company and have clarification on that point.
I don't have confirmation but I would say it is inevitable that the TSMC chips may be delayed. Seems plausible given the quarantine related issues we all currently face.
