I think it would be fairly straightforward
E.g.
1 Cold or hot commissioning.
2 Operations- production uptime, efficiency, quality.
in my kind of simple language.
we will give you more money to test it once you've got it installed and show us it runs.. And then if tests well, we will give you the last installment for extended operations and further development..
