Anyone care to comment on that one.
I just hope that the new arrangement doesn't mean that their initial plans had to be scratched, though everything sounds good to me.
It would be very interesting to get some feedback from the local authorities in Algeria on the project. Will make some researches on the net and translate if I found something .
