then you’d see selling pressure.
usually at the small market caps these flow through raises are great at keeping dilution down and the company has to use the funds for exploration aka more drills in the ground - often followed by share price appreciation towards the raise price
wouldn’t be surprised to see price action head towards mid 30s in anticipation of future results
