Only need to look at recent example of MLS early Feb announced 3.5mil raise at a 40% premium (4.2 cents). The block trade was done at 2.1 cents.
Today's share price 2.1 cents. This type of placement is good for Canadians but not for Aussie investors.
This mechanism should be banned by the ASX for ASK listed companies
