If you're a trader then the block trade price is what you're interested in.
But for investors LLI raised $3.3m at a 73% premium.
We issued 7.3m shares and received $3.3m, thats 45c per share.
The shares then get sold on to institutional investors, usually at a discount to current SP, but in this case at no discount.
