I contacted Automic to ask them about the steps involved to exercise the options as I wasn't clear about exactly how to do this (I am sure it is somewhere within the hundreds of comments on this thread)

This is what they came back with which seems fairly clear. Hopefully this is of some help to those like me who were a bit unclear on the process.

Please confirm the full registered address of your holding.

Once confirmed, I will reach out to the relevant team to have a personalized option exercise form generated for you and send it through as soon as it is available.

To complete the exercise of your options simply follow the instructions on the form and return the form (if required) to the email or postal address listed.
